From the Web
As mentioned in my most recent article, I have been having trouble lately re-establishing a morning and evening routine. Here are some recent articles that I came across that have proved useful:
Track Your Early Wake Up Progress. This is an entire site devoted to helping people wake early! This is a special tip to help you track your progress that is so simple and yet so powerful. Note: this tip can be applied to more than just waking early.
How to Fall Asleep Quickly. I don’t have any trouble falling asleep (in fact I am one of those people who can fall asleep anywhere and at anytime). However, I have noticed the advice in this article often makes the difference between whether I sleep well or not.
Tips to Establish a Morning & Evening Routine. Leo also seems to have fallen out of his morning and evening routines lately. I agree with his opinion that routines help “create some sense of sanity and calm in your life”.
From the Shelf
“Made To Stick” by Chip Heath and Dan Heath. This brilliant book explores why some ideas survive and others die. I can’t recommend it enough. It has obviously impressed a few others, as Lifehack.org are currently using it for a workshop.
From the Archives
Lessons From A Reformed Lurker. Once upon a time I was a lurker on the Internet. I made a conscious effort to become an “active contributor” and upon the way I learnt 3 valuable lessons.
Thanks
In the past week my articles have featured in blog carnivals hosted by Bryan C. Fleming, Creating Abundant Lifestyles, and Credit Card Lowdown.
