From the Web

One of my favorite bloggers, John Place, has written a great article called Top 7 Ways to Live Your Best Life. I actually used it as a bit of a checklist to see how I am going. The result? I am doing well in some areas (eg living within my means) whereas some others I still have a way to go (eg following my dreams).

8 Foods You Should Eat Everyday is worth reading if you would like some healthy eating ideas (mmm…. blueberries).

Every so often I come across an idea that just makes me think: “Brilliant! I am going to start going that right away.” The idea of keeping a one-sentence journal was one such idea which I picked up from Gretchen at The Happiness Project.

A Special Mentionblogactionday

Blog Action Day takes place on 15 October 2007 and I am happy to say that thechangeblog.com will be a part of it. Basically every blogger involved (there are a lot already!) will post about the environment with the aim of getting everyone talking about a better future.
Thanks
Think Happy Thoughts and Pinkblocks both featured one of my articles in their blog carnivals this week. Also, The Fit Shack featured an interesting article that was inspired by my recent post Motivation Looks Like This.

Thanks Kevin. It was a bit quiet on here over the weekend…. I was wondering if anyone was out there :) .

Scott I am in blueberry heaven over here. I am currently living in a semi-agricultural area and basically have an endless supply of free fresh blueberries (at least for the next few weeks).
