In my opinion, wether global warming is man induced or not, it'll still be a good idea for us to find alternate energy recources like wind, hydroelectric and solar. A lot of the time, the media and the authorities talk about "cutting down" on using energy, when I think they are going about it the wrong way - electricity is usable... but nowadays the way we go about it, we are pumping out all sorts of precarious substances that we could do without. The earth is a wonderous resource and the human race is privelaged to be here, so using renewable energy definatley would do us good, even if it would cost money - we owe it to the ecosystem.

I thougth the video was nice and interesting, if meanningless. You just can't dumb down and simplify such a complicated debate like that. Also, wouldnt we have global depression if we took action and GW was real as well. So Global depression is a guarantee in his video if we take action, correct?

The video and relative comments devolve the issue of global warming into little more than political rhetoric and Chicken Little aggrandizement. The video is flawed primarily by broad and unsubstantiated consequences in all quadrants of the individual's chart. Personally, I came away with the feeling that the issue is just another cause meant to impassion the moderately informed.

Wow. Who is overstating what? The same way they can't tell exactly what is going to happen, we can't tell what is going to happen if we take care. The US is the only "important" country who hasn't signed the agreement yet.

It's not about humans. It's about the whole system. There's a system, and if it suddenly changes... err... I don't believe animals have air conditioning systems.

They'll have to move. And the animals they'd hunt will plague.

Kevin: I have to strongly disagree with your "money trail" argument. Big business stands to lose the most from stricter controls, and it therefore makes sense that they would spend A LOT to make sure their interests are looked after. If scientists are receiving money to support theories of global warming, it would pale in comparison to what those who deny a problem are receiving.
