"the world is changing fast ..." I have a real sense that we stand on the cusp of radical world change - some wonderous, some catastrophic. As I travel down the path of living a more mindful and authentic life I am more equipped to face the "news". Where before I turned my back on world events - feeling too frightened and helpless to listen - I now find I am able to process the information and develop small but real strategies to be an agent of change. Although it is important to begin each day understanding what a gift it is - we must be careful not to become so self-posessed that we disconnect from world events - instead we must use our new found awareness to be agents of positive change.

I think these things are important for everyone who thinks seriously about living a good life - less alcohol and sugar, good sleep, a conscious decision to be happy and worry free - these are all things I have come to in my own journey, too.
