And networking is not my natural skill =) I learn a lesson before to ask as a part of networking, ask to learn from anyone you meet up. But I believe what you're saying is right, we all need to craft a story to make us worth knowing for. Recently I found that the fact I blog interests some of the people I have met, I think this is also a great point on networking because not many people blogging.
