Hi Glen, great stuffs here and I love this part : Acceptance is a beautiful thing because it allows you to instantly let go of any unfavorable emotions.
I love the third point as well : make everything positive. I also believe that everything has positive aspect even it hurts us.

I really like your advice about "acceptance," Glen. It is difficult to learn how to accept things as they are, but once you do, you free up so much of yourself (so you can take more action upon the things you can control.) Thanks for the great post!

I totally agree.

For me, the principle that "it's all invented" is the most useful idea and the basis to so many liberating personal mastery resources. When you really get that it's all invented, you're liberated from crappy feelings (because you realise that you invented those through your invented stories), you're liberated from all the rules about how things should be done, you recognise more options for action that ever before, and you often don't even need to take action - because by liberating yourself from your story, you have what you ultimately want anyway: feeling good.

@CG Walters, Excellent quote...and thanks for your comment!

@BunnyGotBlog - Exactly, who wants to stress all day? Glad you liked the article

@Peter - If you check out my blog I recently did an interview with one of my best friends. He's actually a multi-millionaire and only a couple of years older than me. He gives most of his credit to EFT and helping him get there.

@Evelyn - I agree, I find it quite mystical and amazing.

I'm a big user of EFT. In fact, I use it almost everyday now. It's become my regular tool for addressing any negative issues, emotions or events that happen not just to me but to my family and friends. It's amazing how just tapping a few points can help flip the switch.

Great article Glen! It's so true; we have the power to change our outlook on all situations if we so desire.

I'm curious about EFT - is there a particular book or person who introduced you to this technique? I haven't come across it before...
